Nothing can compare to the stunning views of the beach and pool, which can be seen from almost everywhere in the unit. The bedroom is bright and beautifully furnished with a king bed. When you aren't eating at one of the amazing restaurants on Marco Island, cook in the kitchen featuring granite countertops and white appliances. You will not want to leave!
Tradewinds has a private boardwalk to the beach. Amenities also includes heated pool, picnic Tiki hut with barbeque grill, a social room, library, and car wash area.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
