My husband and I went down for a week and Leigh was a fantastic host. Where this is on the island is a very quiet area and great for us older people who don’t want to deal with noise. The pool was Warm enough for me and my old bones to get some relief. If you’re looking for a stay in South Florida on the Gulf coast, you can’t beat Marco Island. 5 Stars- Highly recommend

I have been going to Marco for decades and the last few years my family has been renting houses for the last few years. This probably the 5 or 6 house we’ve stayed in and this was fantastic. Locations key and this was about a 0.5 mile walk to beach. Having 2 wagons to pull the kids and beach items was great. It’s also that distance to Marco Walk Plaza which has multiple higher end restaurants. The house it self was very modern and well appointed. 2 bedrooms on the main level included the primary suite with a huge bathroom and walk-in shower. The is one guest room with its own bathroom and another full bathroom with access direct to the pool. Up stairs is another smaller guest suite and another guest bedroom. Both with their own bathrooms. There is also a media room upstairs with a huge TV and surround sound and L shaped couch. It also was a balcony overlooking a canal. The kitchen has a good sized island, high end appliances and small walk in pantry/coffee station with a microwave. The kitchen also has every utensil and counter top appliance you could think of. It really wasn’t lacking anything. The family room and dining room adjoin the kitchen making a large space for eating, cooking, and entertaining. The entire house can be controlled by tablets setup throughout. All rooms have in-ceiling speakers and lighting that can be dimed. The outdoor space is amazing. Initially I had concerns about there not being a pool cage which is very common. However, there were no bug issues whatsoever at the pool area. And there are remote controlled screens that come down around the outdoor eating and TV area. We now are looking for houses with a TV outside. This not only has an outdoor TV but a sitting area with a couch and 4 chairs in the separate TV area and then outdoor dining table for 8, and outdoor kitchen, with a grill, exhaust, and sink. The outdoor area was the best we’ve seen. It’s a bonus being on the canal. While we didn’t utilize the pier/dock for any boating it does add a nice few and separation from neighbors behind. The pool itself is a good size along with a connected hot tub. Our interaction with Remax and the owner was flawless. All questions answered quickly. Really a wonderful property and highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay, very clean, pool was warm. Appreciated that there were baby items (pack-n-play, high chair, etc) Perfect for families. Hoping to come back in the future.

This was our first time to Marco Island, and it was amazing. The house was perfect for our family, with space for everyone to relax. The pool was nice and warm, even for the kids to night swim! The neighborhood was great with Mackle Park so near and we loved the beaches. We will return.

Our stay on Marco Island was magical! We loved the private pool, and the house was beautiful and the beaches amazing.

My vacation days were great. Had a nice time. I loved Marco Island. The shopping establishments are very close to the house, as well as the beaches. My family enjoyed their stay.

We stayed over New Years and everything was excellent. The pool was kept to a very warm temperature, the house was very tidy and had everything we needed, and we loved the location. We will definitely be returning.

Thanks for sharing your home for two weeks. Very restful! Close to all of our fun attractions (airboats, fishing, restaurants, Craig Cats, Tin City). Wonderful weather even on the windy days. Friendly staff and residents. God Bless!!

Our 1st visit to 510 and we will be back. Unit was everything the write up was and more. Thank You! Sunsets were incredible! Weather was perfect – 80 and sunny every single day! We had planned to eat our more but the kitchen was so awesome that we cooked most nights. Two weeks went fast!!

Pictures do not do this property justice! The property was much nicer in person. We knew the minute we entered that we had made a great choice. Interior and exterior spaces were equally nice. We would return to this property again.

We loved this condo. There was 7 of us and we fit perfectly. Well stocked with supplies (just needs a broom for sand). Great restaurants close by or a short walk. Plenty of beach toys in the storage unit. The beach is huge and great for shelling.

Outstanding, well apportioned, unit. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our family enjoyed the amenities, the views, the island. We will be back for sure. Thanks!

We have stayed at the Apollo many times, in many different Condo’s, but this one is by far the nicest we have stayed in. Plenty of room, bedroom up front to listen to the Ocean at night, and all the beach equipment you could ever want. We now have a new favorite – 710 is the best.

Hi. I wanted to take a minute to let you know what an Angel, Angel is. She absolutely saved our family’s vacation. I received a call from her office advising me that the home we had rented for a five-night stay last weekend was not available because it was sold and the new owner did not want to honor any of the contracts. This would not have been so bad if the call had been made a few weeks prior and not the day before our check-in. I was dumbfounded and speechless! We had made plans for our six-day stay, including a day visit to nearby family. We had to have a house in the same area. But to add to the stress, there were no available houses. Angel got her office in gear, calling all over Marco Island until she finally found us a beautiful house, that was also getting sold, but had all the amenities we wanted, and only slightly more expensive. But she waived some of the fees so it would be comparable. She checked with the Owner’s to make sure that it was clean and ready, that all the furniture and equipment was still in there, that, even though the dining room had been removed there were other options we could use, that the roofers would not be working while we were there, and that the closing was in fact happening after we had left. She went about and beyond, calling to make sure we had arrived and everything was to our liking. She came by the next morning to advise us about the cable and internet issue (they were turned off because of the house getting sold) and make sure the pool cleaner had made it out that morning. She worked with the Owner’s to reduce the price for us because of all the “inconveniences.” Angel was amazing and I feel lucky to have had her as my agent for this vacation. My entire family loved meeting her and we couldn’t have been happier with how all things turned out. We had a great time in the pool and a very comfortable house and Angel made us feel at home. I just wish she would stop apologizing. She did everything right. When we decide to vacation in the area again, we are definitely calling Angel for our rentals.

We have rented on Marco in SeaWinds in the past. I grew up coming to Marco and love sharing that with my three little ones. This condo did not disappoint. It was very comfortable and relaxing. With little kids I did not want to worry about them breaking things or ruining anything, it seemed like it was decorated and furnished with families in mind. The views were stunning and I enjoy sitting out and watching the people and Gulf! I only have 2 complaints overall….The building in general was PACKED all week long. It was not loud on the 17th floor but the parking lot and pool were always packed with a steady stream of people constantly through the area. This was something we weren’t used to on Marco. Also, the condo only had 4 washcloths for a family of 5 for a week. We (more than happily) donated a pack of washcloths to the condo. Although, I must admit they were not of the same quality as the 4 that were there!! Great condo, I would definitely recommend and rent here again!

Great stay, extremely relaxing. Awesome to see all the boat & wild life action on Marco River.. fabulous quiet street.. attention to detail by the owners..simple decor & super clean.. fabulous..”just enough” Love the Vacation feel… Thank you for accommodating our small dog, a huge bonus!

This place is simply AMAZING!! You will NOT need to bring anything but your clothes when you stay here – I AM SERIOUS!! It is like the homeowners just left the place cuz you were coming! This place is stocked to the hills. It is immaculately clean when you get here, you could seriously … eat off the floor. The pictures do not do this place justice. (if) you walk in the front door, you immediately see a sitting area (with a couch and two comfy chairs (I’m sitting in one now), a 6 seater dining room table, and a view to the pool. To your right is the master suite – and it is… SWEET!! a KING sized bed, walk-in corner shower, a jacuzzi tub, and a water closet (door to close the toilet area off), and a large walk-in closet. Come out of the master bath and back into the bedroom and you have a large sliding glass door that opens to the pool area. Venture out of the master suite and back through the sitting/dining room area and you come to the kitchen/living room area. There is a computer desk to your left, a kitchen table to your right, and the massive kitchen area cooking. it has ALL the amenities you will need – IM SERIOUS – don’t bring ANYTHING with you!! It is stocked with enough silverware to feed an army, enough plated wear to feed an army too … and coffee mugs, and glasses, and all the cooking utensils – and even plastic/paper items if you’d rather not do the dishes!. There is a side by side fridge (water and ice in the door), a microwave, toaster, KEURIG and regular coffee maker. There large sliding glass doors that open to the pool area – you can turn off the AC and open the house upright into the pool – with NO BUGS cuz its screened in! The living room area has a couch, love seat, and a swivel chair, a coffee table, and a pretty sweet flat screen tv – cable by Xfinity. The TV stand has books galore sitting on it with a DVD player and a stereo. There are games in the cabinets. Through the living room, you have bedroom 2 to your right, a second bathroom in front of you, and bedroom 3 to your left. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a digital alarm clock, a dresser with a mirror and, a long closet! AND, let’s not forget the huge sliding glass door that opens right to the pool area! Through that bedroom and you have a bathroom with a standing shower. AND that bathroom area has a door on it, so your pool-goers do not have to traipse through the house all wet to use a restroom, they can use that one! Bedroom 3 has two twin-sized beds. Now let’s talk about the pool… every room of the house (except bedroom 3) has a large sliding glass door that opens to it. It is beautiful. The view is beautiful. The pool ranges from 4-6 feet. Has a step in the entrance on one end and a typical pool ladder on the other end. Don’t bother bringing your own beach towels – this house has about 50 of them you can use … and blow up pool toys and rafts – about 20 of them located in the garage. The only thing I suggest here and the only negative thing about this review is the pool deck area – its hard on the feet … i suggest getting a good pair of water socks or water shoes to wear. it seems to be textured concrete and if you are going to spend a lot of time getting in and out of the pool, or spending any amount of time on the pool deck you will need some foot protection. The pool has regular chairs, lounge chairs, and a table with an umbrella. AND a pool man who will come if you need him. When we got here, there was no one here the week before us, and it had rained A LOT .. so the pool was a little green. We called the rental office (on a SUNDAY) and they are having someone come over today to do whatever he’s gonna do. At this house, you also have a garage. The garage is clean, not air-conditioned. And comes with a garage door opener. In the garage, there are the trash bins (regular and recycle) three bicycles you can use (at your own risk), the pool toys, and beach toys and fishing poles (the tackle is in the closet in front of you when you walk in the door from the garage). I think i have covered all the awesomeness of the house, now let’s talk about the beach. The beach access point is about a 5-minute walk – BUT… it’s another 30ish minute walk to get to the water! And, when you are walking back, do not wait till AFTER sunset to make that walk cuz the SKEETERS will eat you ALIVE!! All in all, this house is pretty sweet. You are going to LOVE it!! We will definitely look it up again if we are going to make our way this far down again — now pardon me, as I am going to go jump in the poll now!!

Condo could use some updating. Furniture in main room is worn out and uncomfortable. The location is great and owners were very responsive to get cleaning crew out to re clean the kitchen floor. Impressed with there quick response.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo i South Seas very much!! Our morning walk on the gorgeous beach became a daily activity. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys available in the condo, which was an added bonus for us. The sunsets off the balcony were fantastic way to finish off each day. The complex was so clean and very well managed. The pool was a great place to cool off, meet people and hear recommendations about restaurants and local places to visit. The location was centrally located which allowed us to walk to restaurants, We would definitely rent this condo again in the future. Thank you!!

We had such a wonderful trip to Marco Island staying in this beautiful well equipped condo. The view of Tiger Tail Beach and surrounding Gulf are amazing from this 10th floor balcony. The balcony spans the length of the condo with access from the living room, guest bedroom and master bedroom. Beautiful pool area also! we were able to easily drive to Naples while here. There is a lot to see and do while staying here. Lots of wonderful waterside dining with excellent food nearby also. The underground parking was also nice and kept your vehicle out of the sun. Look forward to enjoying another stay in the future!

Second time we stayed in this unit which has a great sunset views and easy access to the beach. Only complaint is more forks please! otherwise fantastic!

We have stayed in unit 510 for the last 4 years for at least 3-4 weeks per year and we keep coming back. Have stayed in other units over the last 10 years and this is by far our favorite . It feels like home. It has everything you will need for a great beach vacation. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, cooler and a wagon for the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and has plenty of space. Every time we go the owners have added something new. It just gets better and better. When you walk in the front door and see that beautiful view you will never want to leave.

This place was exactly what you see is what you get in the best way. It is very clean, has plenty of towels, you can cook in the kitchen with ease, laundry is not in the condo but very conveniently located, lovely view, and tons of stuff in the closet for beach and pool. The property is meticulously maintained and secure. The only thing I would bring up is the pool rules are very strict… if you are adults staying here, this is definitely a plus. we have small kids who like pool toys and they are only allowed twice a day for one hour… and they are very strict about all pool rules. This should not deter anyone with kids because it’s a great place for kids and adults alike, just good to be aware of. A great place!!
