Come enjoy a relaxing trip in this beautiful three bedroom, plus den, two bath waterfront home. This furnished spacious, coastal home is not far away from the beach to spend your days with your toes in the sand.
The kitchen features all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to a tray of sunset-watching cocktails to enjoy on the lanai. Take in the views of the gorgeous waterway while you cook up dinner on the barbeque. Then enjoy your meals indoors or out by the pool. Inside the breakfast table seats three and there is counter seating for three. Outside there are two tables and plenty of seating.
The bedrooms are designed and colored to provide a tropical feel, and they all come with plenty of closet and drawer space. In the master suite, glass sliders open to the lanai. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and the 3rd bedroom features a full size bed and also has glass sliders that open to the lanai.
With its heated pool, lounge area, and outdoor grill, the lanai feels like your own private getaway.
For your comfort and convenience, the house is filled with amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You also have beach essentials like beach towels and beach chairs for the short drive to the turquoise waters and white sands of Marco Island.
Garage is not available for parking of vehicles.

Residential Rules
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that!. the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
