Amanda Wilkie – Rental Agent
Amanda joined our organization in 2021. Coming to our organization with many years of vacation rental experience, she is an invaluable member of our Team. Amanda was born and raised on Marco Island and is now selling the Marco Island vacation experience. Amanda’s favorite food is Seafood.
Victoria (Vicky) Marsh – Client Services
Vicky joined our organization in 2022. She brings with her a host of computer knowledge and organizational skills. Vicky has her hand in many of the day-to-day operations. A valued member of our organization. Vicky’s favorite food is Hibachi Steak and Shrimp!
Angel DiFazio – Rental Manager
Angel joined our organization in 2015. Relocating from Michigan, where she practiced the business of real estate since 1992, holding a Broker license since 1996. Angel was active in the industry, teaching real estate and presiding over the grievance committee for many years. Vacationing on Marco Island was Angel’s escape from reality. In 2014, she made the decision to move to Marco Island. In 2015, she obtained a Florida real estate license. She decided to concentrate on a different side of industry, vacation rentals. “Living and working on Marco Island is a dream come true for me!” Angel has her hand in every aspect of our organization. Her strong communication skills and commitment to ReMax Affinity Plus Rentals are exceptional and valued. Angel’s favorite food is LiFe!
Steven H. Purcell – Owner/Broker
Steve Purcell has extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate transactions with over 1600+ closed sales on Marco Island alone. His decades of local knowledge, career achievements, professionalism, friendly service, honesty, and respect from his colleagues and peers assure his clients a seamless and exemplary customer experience in both purchasing or selling investment properties. Purcell grew up on Marco Island and learned more about life and business at the dinner table from his loving parents than most have in a lifetime. Steven purchased his mother’s rental company and father’s residential brokerage and merged that company into RE/MAX Affinity Plus, one of Marco lsland’s top Brokerages. His local native background gave him success as a Captain and yacht salesman to help his clients enjoy the waterfront lifestyle he loves so well. Always finding time to enjoy fishing and boating with clients, as well as paddle boarding, surfing, and traveling – these are Steve’s favorite hobbies! He is always giving back to our US Soldiers as he is very active with Naples Take a Soldier Fishing organization. Over the years Steve has observed this area’s growth and helped to promote it as it grew into the wonderful community it is today. His family has been active in the community since his grandparents purchased a pre-construction, Marco beachfront condo where his parents visited for their honeymoon in the 1960s. Steve is a family man, married to Jalila Purcell. The two of them, parents to their daughter, Layla. Steve was licensed as a Florida Realtor” in 1996 and sold real estate throughout his college years. He attended the University of Florida, earning a degree in Finance and Real Estate, and graduated with his Real Estate and Mortgage Broker licenses in 1998.
