Considering a move to the Sunshine State? Look into the Isles of Capri! The Isles of Capri is a community in Collier County, Florida, just north of Marco Island. The Isles is a grouping of four mangrove islands developed and connected in the 1950s. Today, the Isles of Capri is known for its boating and fishing opportunities, as is evident by the countless docks and a large marina. Residents and visitors love this community because of its amazing water activities and views of the canal, bay, and the Gulf of Mexico. The population drops quite a bit once the summer crowd leaves, but the Isles of Capri makes for an excellent hometown any time of year!

Beaches

There are many beaches on the Isles of Capri for you and your family to enjoy. Head to Marco Island to experience Marco Beach, covered in perfect white sand. This beautiful beach is a great place to spend the entire day outdoors with your family on a sunny day. Tigertail Beach is another white sand beach with a tidal lagoon and is filled with a wide variety of shorebirds and shells. It also features a bathhouse and convenient parking. How could you not love having these incredible beaches right in your own backyard?

Dining 

Looking for some fine dining? Zaza Mexican Kitchen is a great option for Mexican food on the island, serving mouthwatering Mexican meals and Detroit-style pizza for lunch and dinner. Where’s the best shopping on the island? Two of the most popular shopping areas in nearby Naples are the upscale, fashionable shops of Old Naples 5th Avenue, and “Gallery Now” on 3rd Street South. Shopping in this area includes the Waterside Shops, Tin City, The Village on Venetian Bay, Coastland Mall, Bayfront, and a multitude of other boutiques. Just a few miles away from the Isles of Capri is the Prime Outlets Mall. The Prime contains over forty of the most important names in designer fashion, accessories and home furnishings. Prime Outlets, Collier County’s only outlet center, serves the region with great value on top brand-name merchandise. 

Golf

Want to hit the golf course on your next day off? There are many excellent golf courses all over the island. The Capri Isles Golf Club is an excellent choice for all golfers at a variety of skill sets. Voted the best golf course in the area, it is a family run and operated golf course and has immaculate fairways and greens. Looking to unwind after a game? There is an excellent on-course restaurant for you to have a couple drinks with your crew. For a great golf experience on the island, The Capri Isles Golf Club is the way to go.

Isles of Capri is a great place to raise a family, and you can rest assured your kids are getting a great education.
