Located within walking distance to Tigertail Beach, this Marco Island home at 435 Cottage Court provides three bedrooms, three baths, heated pool and boat dock. Everything you need for the relaxing, fun vacation you have been dreaming of!
The living room is flooded with natural light from the sliding glass doors leading to the heated pool. The kitchen is equipped to create meals for the whole family to enjoy at the breakfast bar, dining table that seats six, or outdoor table! The master suite offers a king-sized bed with breathtaking views of the water just beyond the pool. Leading into the master bathroom you will find a walk-in closet, his and her sinks and vanity, a soaking tub, and glass shower. The 2nd bedroom boasts a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. The guest bath features a shower.
Whether you choose a leisurely vacation or an adventure packed one, there are a multitude of activities with walking distance. At Tigertail Beach, climb the observation tower for some of the best birding in Southwest Florida. Or go fishing, rent a kayak or paddleboard to explore the tidal lagoon that separates Tigertail Beach from Sand Dollar Spit's narrow and unspoiled Gulf front beach. There is a concession stand that offers beach equipment rentals, food and drinks and a playground also.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HEAT THE POOL DURING OUR SUMMER MONTHS: MAY THROUGH MID NOVEMBER.

Residential Rules
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
