Hi. I wanted to take a minute to let you know what an Angel, Angel is. She absolutely saved our family’s vacation. I received a call from her office advising me that the home we had rented for a five-night stay last weekend was not available because it was sold and the new owner did not want to honor any of the contracts. This would not have been so bad if the call had been made a few weeks prior and not the day before our check-in.
I was dumbfounded and speechless! We had made plans for our six-day stay, including a day visit to nearby family. We had to have a house in the same area. But to add to the stress, there were no available houses. Angel got her office in gear, calling all over Marco Island until she finally found us a beautiful house, that was also getting sold, but had all the amenities we wanted, and only slightly more expensive. But she waived some of the fees so it would be comparable.
She checked with the Owner’s to make sure that it was clean and ready, that all the furniture and equipment was still in there, that, even though the dining room had been removed there were other options we could use, that the roofers would not be working while we were there, and that the closing was in fact happening after we had left.
She went about and beyond, calling to make sure we had arrived and everything was to our liking. She came by the next morning to advise us about the cable and internet issue (they were turned off because of the house getting sold) and make sure the pool cleaner had made it out that morning. She worked with the Owner’s to reduce the price for us because of all the “inconveniences.”
Angel was amazing and I feel lucky to have had her as my agent for this vacation. My entire family loved meeting her and we couldn’t have been happier with how all things turned out. We had a great time in the pool and a very comfortable house and Angel made us feel at home. I just wish she would stop apologizing. She did everything right. When we decide to vacation in the area again, we are definitely calling Angel for our rentals.
