This condo rental on the 16th floor of South Seas Building #3, had been very thoughtfully redone! It was clean and the furnishings fit our needs perfectly…very comfortable. As an Architectural Residential Designer myself, I agree with the choices made when it was renovated…definitely makes you feel like you are on vacation! Century 21 First Southern Trust did a great job with communication and picking up the key was convenient since they are located right across the street from the resort!
