Streets in Marco are not as busy in March. Everyone is at the beach. It is a beautiful sight with all the umbrellas and beach towels. The weather is perfect and it is spring break in many parts of the country. We are extremely busy with rentals and sales. Many guests are booking for next year so they have a condo or home to enjoy. It is the perfect time of year. If you have never been to SW Florida, you need to plan a trip. After April 15th, the prices of homes and condos for rent go to off season prices. It is beautiful and not so crowded.
